Job Description:

The Role
Entegris is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics Operations team. This position will be based in our Burnet facility.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of materials, including raw chemicals and finished goods. You will lead a team of material handlers and technicians while driving operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The shift for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material movement, and shipping
  • Lead and develop a team of material handlers and logistics technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Coordinate outbound shipments by scheduling carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring materials are staged and communicated as ready to support on-time delivery
  • Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, chemical handling standards, and company policies
  • Oversee raw material and chemical receiving processes, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, auditing, and system transactions (SAP preferred)
  • Coordinate with Logistics Manager, production, planning, and quality teams to ensure material availability and flow
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, productivity, on-time receiving/shipping) and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, space utilization, and labor efficiency
  • Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation accuracy
  • Support transportation coordination by ensuring timely staging and communication of material readiness
  • Serve as escalation point for operational issues and resolve problems in real time


What We Seek
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-7 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with 1-3 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Experience in manufacturing or chemical handling environments strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and warehouse operations processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices, cycle counting, and material flow
  • Understanding of safety and compliance requirements, especially related to hazardous materials
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
