Qualifications

• 2-5 years of general warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Associate, Bachelor's, or equivalent degree in General Studies
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulatory standards
• Demonstrated coaching and team development skills
• Ability to apply conflict resolution techniques
• Physical capability to move products weighing up to 60 lbs and stand for 10-12 hours
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with bilingual skills as a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations involving selection, shipping, receiving, cross docking, and trailer loading
• Lead and manage warehouse supervisors for efficient and safe operations
• Resolve any issues impacting labor standards and shift completion
• Monitor daily labor standards and take corrective actions as needed
• Conduct performance management, including appraisals and training development
• Implement progressive coaching and counseling per established policies
• Participate in setting the department's operational budget
