Job Description:

Summary
TheQuality Control and Inventory Manager internally titled, Logistics Manager is responsible to manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety.

  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

  • Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 based on experience in addition to a annual 10% bonus eligibility

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs

To be considered, candidates must have experience with:

  • Leading quality operations within a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environment

  • Managing and developing teams of Quality Associates, Inspectors, or Quality Technicians

  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, audits, and issue resolution

  • Presenting quality findings and recommendations to customers and senior leadership

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

  • Influencing cross-functional stakeholders and confidently navigating difficult quality-related discussions

  • Utilizing quality metrics, trend analysis, and reporting to drive operational performance

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations within a 136,000-square-foot distribution and kitting facility supporting complex commercial products. This role is responsible for managing and developing a team of eight Quality Associates while driving quality excellence, compliance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction across the operation. The Quality Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality matters, leading root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), customer audits, and resolution of quality concerns. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and advocate for data-driven decisions in customer-facing environments. Success in this role requires a proven background in quality management systems, operational auditing, process improvement, and building high-performing teams within warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations.



Essential Functions

  • Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.

  • Be responsible for the payroll of employees.

  • Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.

  • Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.

  • Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
