Full Job Description
The Warehouse Process Engineer drives operational excellence by measuring, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end warehousing performance. This role balances cost efficiency with service quality, combining strong analytical oversight with deep, hands-on experience in physical warehouse architecture, material flow design, and system utilization to optimize plant logistics.

What will you do?
• Infrastructure & Layout Design: Lead the physical architecture design of manufacturing plant warehouses and distribution centers, including optimized layout configurations, racking selection, and high-density storage systems.
• Material Flow Optimization: Design and implement highly efficient operational workflows for inbound and outbound activities, including put-away, picking, kitting, and staging processes.
• Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously track and evaluate critical logistics KPIs (operational costs, service levels, throughput, healthy stock and space utilization) and implement rapid corrective actions for performance gaps.
- Implement and monitor robust warehouse performance KPIs to consistently fuel and maintain a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deploy Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, maximize storage density, and minimize material handling cycle times.
• Project Management: Lead capital and operational projects from initial concept through engineering design to execution, ensuring seamless integration with existing manufacturing operations.

Who will you report to?
Engineering & Maintenance Manager

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Management or related field
• 1+ years of Hands-on Experience:
- Proven track record in logistics (Distribution Centers or Plants Warehouse) or industrial engineering with direct, practical experience designing warehouse layouts, racking configurations, and complex material flow architectures.
