As our
Warehouse Manager, you will build and guide a growing team, drive quality and continuous improvement, and lead the safety and efficiency of the production of water and wastewater equipment that make a measurable difference in the world.
What you'll be doing:Warehouse Operations & Leadership- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, light fabrication, assembly, packing, and shipping.
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse operators and technicians with clear expectations, training, and accountability.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse that supports company-wide operations and logistics.
- Manage production schedules to ensure products and materials are completed and shipped on time.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management- Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement control systems to minimize errors and waste.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth material flow through the supply chain.
- Support procurement and vendor relationships to optimize costs and production timelines.
Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement- Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Ensure all products meet quality control and testing standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations (required)
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience (required)
- Proven track record in production, shipping/receiving, and/or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and process improvement
- Proficiency with computers including: MS Word, Excel, and ERP/order tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
This is an onsite role based in Centennial, COPhysical & Travel Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Travel 10-15%- Willingness to travel to vendor sites, conferences, and industry events as needed (Estimated travel at 10-15%).
- Valid driver's license with ability to drive a vehicle.
What We OfferTriplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary of $100,000 -$115,000 USD (depending on experience), full benefits including 401k, generous bonus program and excellent vacation and holiday package.
