Warehouse Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant flow of products across our warehouse and transportation network. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, manage key logistics partners, drive inventory accuracy, champion safety and quality standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external providers, you will help deliver operational excellence across a complex supply chain environment.
Your key responsibilities- Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient product flow, storage, and fulfillment across internal and third-party facilities.
- Manage third-party warehouse and logistics providers, ensuring service excellence, issue resolution, and compliance with contractual service levels and performance expectations.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and control, including regular stock reconciliation, reporting, and continuous improvement of inventory management processes.
- Coordinate transportation and outbound logistics activities, partnering with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Drive facility management and operational improvement projects, including contractor coordination, capital investments, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure warehouse quality and compliance standards are maintained, supporting audits, certifications, corrective actions, and investigations related to warehousing and transportation operations.

You bring- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; APICS certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations, including third-party logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and transportation coordination.
- Working knowledge of GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proven project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $89,000-$95,900.
