Your daily role:
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external customers to support efficient distribution operations
- Oversee all site logistics activities, including inventory management, storage optimization, and distribution performance
- Plan, organize, and manage daily operations while driving process improvements and operational efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, supporting training, onboarding, and performance management
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations
- Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and budget performance, addressing variances as needed
- Ensure proper staffing levels and support workforce planning and scheduling
- Enhance customer service and overall business performance through strategic oversight and execution
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in distribution or warehouse operations
- Associate degree preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Pay range: $90,000 to $110,000
