At Jordan's we're looking for an Warehouse leader who can oversee multiple departments, drive business results, and create an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. This role serves as a key leader for the Warehouse, Showroom, Housekeeping, and Clearance operations while partnering with teams across the organization to support major initiatives and projects.
The schedule varies and does include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Responsibilities We Need You to Perform- Lead the daily operations of the Warehouse, Showroom, Housekeeping, and Clearance departments.
- Hire, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate associates while building a highly engaged team environment.
- Determine staffing levels and workforce needs to support operational and business goals.
- Manage the flow of merchandise through receiving, storage, showroom placement, and clearance areas.
- Oversee clearance merchandising, inventory movement, pricing decisions, profitability, and product turnover.
- Ensure showroom presentation, warehouse equipment, and facility systems are maintained and operating effectively.
- Coordinate merchandise movement and inventory management with Distribution Centers and corporate partners.
- Lead departmental process improvements and maintain supply inventories to support efficient operations.
- Manage housekeeping programs and facility standards to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Oversee large-scale projects including store improvements, facility upgrades, and new store initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company standards.
Here's What Skills We Need You to Bring- 5-7 years of leadership experience in a retail, warehouse, distribution, or operations environment.
- 7+ years of experience in retail operations, warehouse management, showroom operations, housekeeping, or related areas.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple departments.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, warehouse operations, and facilities management.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate equipment and work at elevated heights when necessary.
Pay Range: $76,000-$ 95,000 annually
