Your roleAs a Warehouse Manager, your mission is to drive operational excellence within the distribution center by optimizing warehouse performance, ensuring data and inventory integrity, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, safety, and cost efficiency. You will report directly to the North America Distribution Center Manager.
You will:
- Driving a safety-first culture within the warehouse and leading by example.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
- Ensure efficient material flow to support on-time delivery and service level commitments
- Balance workload, labor, and space utilization to meet operational demand
- Resolve operational disruptions and act as an escalation point for warehouse-related issues
- Establishing, communicating, and driving DC expectations, goals, targets and KPI's.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
- Use KPIs and data (OTD, productivity, accuracy, waste, cycle time) to drive improvements
- Standardize processes and ensure consistent ways of working across shifts and teams
- Support digitalization, automation, and system enhancements as the DC evolves
- Promoting and ensuring the level of quality expected by our customers, both internal and external working closely with Quality.
- Maintaining the necessary capacity to meet warehouse demands.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education level:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. AAS or Bachelors degree preferrred. Industry experience considered in the absence of a degree
Relevant Previous experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in distribution and warehouseing with 3-5 years of Supervisory experience
Knowledge areas/Skills:
- Solid experience with SAP and ERP programs
- Strong communication and proven leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with people of varying levels of education, expertise and backgrounds

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
