As the Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead the compliance and execution of maintenance Perris, CA program to ensure our facility operates optimally, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
This role is responsible for supporting the maintenance infrastructure that supports our rapid site pace-from performing preventive maintenance strategies to coaching and leading team and vendor relationships across building departments.
What you'll do - Align with and implement standardized maintenance programs across the Exol fulfillment center, including preventive, predictive, and reactive strategies.
- Assist in hiring, leading, and managing site-level maintenance teams, creating a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage contracts and performance of third-party vendors and service providers.
- Partner with automation, facilities, and operations teams to ensure all systems-including MHE, automation, and building infrastructure-are properly supported.
- Track asset performance, system reliability, and maintenance KPIs to drive uptime and cost efficiency.
- Enforce compliance protocols for safety, inspections, and maintenance recordkeeping.
What you'll need - High school diploma or GED required; associate degree, technical certification, or apprenticeship completion in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, automation, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, material handling, or an automated warehouse environment, including at least 2 years in a lead, supervisor, or shift leadership role.
- Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices for MHE, conveyors, robotics/automation, facility systems, dock equipment, and related building infrastructure.
- Experience using CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders, PM compliance, asset history, labor reporting, spare parts usage, and maintenance KPIs.
- Ability to lead maintenance technicians, coordinate daily shift priorities, manage escalation of equipment downtime, and partner effectively with operations, safety, automation, OEMs, and third-party vendors.
- Strong understanding of maintenance safety practices, including LOTO, electrical safety, machine guarding, hot work, contractor safety, and incident follow-up; OSHA awareness preferred.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, organizational, and coaching skills with the ability to drive accountability in a fast-paced, high-automation operating environment.
Our Environment - Travel could be up to 10% of the time. Employee must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
- The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
- This is an in-warehouse role; you'll spend time on the floor as well as in the office.
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call depending on operational demands.
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc).

The base range for this position in the posted location is $77,000.00 - $105,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
