Typical Schedule: 10:00 AM• 7:00 PM, 12:00 PM• 8:00 PM, or 7:00 AM• 7:00 PM, based on business needs
Job Summary

Humano is seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our Stockton, CA facility. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the operation, including team leadership, productivity, safety, quality, staffing, inventory, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader with experience managing fast-paced warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics environments. Amazon experience is highly preferred, particularly candidates who have worked in or managed high-volume fulfillment or distribution operations with a strong focus on productivity, safety, quality, and performance metrics.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple priorities, develop a high-performing team, identify operational challenges, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and service levels.

Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and management of the Stockton facility and daily operations
  • Lead, coach, develop, and hold warehouse personnel accountable for performance and adherence to company standards
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, accuracy, and service-level expectations are consistently met
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, attendance, training, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Monitor operational KPIs and develop action plans to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and overall performance
  • Ensure safe and efficient handling, movement, staging, storage, and shipment of products
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure operational processes support inventory accuracy
  • Establish and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements and company safety policies
  • Identify operational challenges, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall facility performance
  • Coordinate closely with transportation, customers, recruiting, human resources, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, safe, and operationally efficient
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements
  • Communicate facility performance, staffing needs, operational challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Support business growth and operational changes as required
  • Be available to adjust working hours based on operational needs, including occasional extended hours when necessary
