Warehouse & Inventory Manager in Modesto, California, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence across site operations. You will contribute directly to business success by leading warehouse, inventory, and production support activities while fostering strong collaboration with Shipping, Operations, Production Planning, and Quality teams. Essential Job Functions- Lead warehouse material handlers, label operations, and NaCA production team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Review incoming customer orders, track inventory levels, and coordinate outgoing shipments for key accounts
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, tracking, and system updates to support operational and customer needs
- Partner with Production and Customer Service to proactively manage inventory levels and production requirements
- Create and manage documentation related to product orders, labeling, and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure raw materials are available to support production schedules
- Monitor and analyze KPI data to drive performance improvements in inventory and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including 49 CFR)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Shipping, and Lab to ensure product readiness and shipment accuracy
- Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Qualifications & Experience- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree (Business or related field) preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or operations environments
- 49 CFR certification required; SQF certification preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving performance
- Ability to read and interpret production and batch documentation
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or warehouse management systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Compensation & Benefits (US Only)The expected salary range for this role is
85-90k but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
