Leadership and Team Management: Manage the small item inbound team (receiving clerks, putaway clerks, quality inspectors), responsible for staffing, training, and daily task assignment.
Performance Enhancement: Coordinate with customers on delivery appointments, oversee rapid counting and system receiving, ensuring that goods are put away within the committed timeframe without backlogs.
Operational Oversight: Supervise piece-by-piece quality inspection of small items and label verification to prevent defective inventory from entering the sellable area.
Schedule Management: Coordinate the handling of mixed arrivals from different clients, guiding the team to quickly sort, categorize, and put away items based on client identifiers.
Reporting: Generate inbound timeliness reports, putaway accuracy reports, quality inspection issue classification statistics reports, and replenishment feedback for suppliers/clients.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide real-time inbound status updates to e-commerce clients.
Security and Integrity: Ensure real-time and accurate entry of receiving and putaway data, providing a foundational guarantee for front-end inventory visibility.
