  • Implement lean principles to reduce waste and enhance material flow efficiency.

Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize warehouse layouts focusing on the strategic placement and integration of material
  • handling equipment such as PIVs, AMRs, Turrets, and AS/RS systems.
  • Design storage solutions and material flow paths that maximize space utilization and minimize handling time.
  • Maintain and update PFEP data for all parts, including part numbers, packaging, storage locations, reorder points,
  • and supplier details.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PFEP accuracy, supporting efficient part delivery, inventory management, and equipment layout planning.
  • Analyze current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements through equipment upgrades or reconfiguration.
  • Support the selection, installation, and commissioning of material handling systems, ensuring compatibility with warehouse layout and operational needs.
  • Work with automation vendors and internal teams to integrate material handling equipment with existing systems, including WMS and PFEP data.
  • Implement lean principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, to reduce waste and improve material flow efficiency.
  • Use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions involving equipment layout adjustments and PFEP improvements.
  • Ensure all material handling equipment layouts and PFEP practices comply with safety standards (OSHA, ISO).
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions related to equipment placement and operation.
  • Maintain accurate PFEP data to support continuous improvement and justify equipment investments.


Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
