Lead a High-Performing Team- Inspire, coach, and develop a talented team of underwriters.

Make Critical Lending Decisions- Personally underwrite and approve residential mortgage loans while maintaining your own active pipeline.
- Handle sophisticated transactions including jumbo and complex lending scenarios.
