Position Overview
Siemens EDA is seeking a proven and motivated executive to lead our Global Foundry Solutions Technical Sales organization, reporting to the SVP, EDA Sales - PacRim. This leader will be responsible for driving technical sales strategy, business growth, and customer engagement across the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. As semiconductor manufacturers continue to invest heavily in advanced manufacturing technologies, you will play a critical role in strengthening Siemens EDA's market leadership, expanding strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the global technical sales strategy for the Calibre Manufacturing business.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of senior technical leaders, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, accountability, and customer success.
• Build strong partnerships with Product Management and R&D teams to align customer requirements with technology and business priorities.
• Maintain close alignment with regional sales leadership to identify new business opportunities and accelerate solution adoption across key accounts; partner with regional sales teams to drive strategic growth initiatives, competitive displacement opportunities, and multi-year business campaigns.
• Develop and strengthen executive relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, memory companies, and ecosystem partners.
• Represent Siemens EDA with customers, industry partners, and at key industry events.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of leadership experience in EDA, semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, or related technology industries.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer business models.
• Experience driving growth through strategic account development, competitive displacement, and introduction of new technologies within leading semiconductor manufacturing customers.
• Strong knowledge of Calibre solutions and the semiconductor manufacturing workflow.
• Proven success leading global application engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive customers and industry stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth in highly competitive markets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
The pay range for this position is $248,300 - $471,800 annually with a target incentive of 30% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
