Vice President, Support Services

Full-Time

Seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Support Services to provide critical leadership and maintain responsibility for the strategic leadership, operational management, and oversight of the hospital's non-clinical support divisions.

This role heavily emphasizes capital project management, steering major healthcare

construction, expansion, renovation, and modernization initiatives from conception

through licensing and occupancy.

The VP ensures that facilities, operations, and physical plan infrastructures safely, efficiently, and compliantly support the delivery of exceptional patient care, regulatory readiness, and the organization's long-term strategic growth.

Minimum Education Preferred:
• Bachelors' degree in Business Administration,Healthcare Administration,

Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Master's Degree (MHA, MBA) with an emphasis on corporate structure, healthcare leadership.

Minimum Experience Preferred:
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience within a CAH or large multi-site healthcare system.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale ($20M+) healthcare construction projects, hospital renovations, or physical plant expansion from ground-break to occupancy.

Certifications Preferred:
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
• Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Technical Expertise Preferred:

Deep knowledge of healthcare building codes (NFPA) 101 Life Safety Code, AIA/FGI Guidelines), hospital mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) systems, and specialized clinical construction parameters (e.g., airborne infection isolation rooms, imaging suites).

Exceptional communication and collaboration necessary.
