Structured Finance Lead role (VP level) with a leading
IPP. Working across transactions in the DG Solar & Storage in 40 states nationwide. This role will report into the CIO.
- Own the structuring and execution of debt and tax equity financings that fund the company's solar portfolio
- Serve as lead negotiator on core transaction documents, including securitization credit agreements, tax equity partnership agreements, and holding company-level credit facilities
- Drive financing deals to close by coordinating due diligence, third-party consultants, rating agency engagement, outside counsel, and other transaction participants
- Act as the primary relationship contact for tax equity investors and lenders across deal marketing, closing, and long-term facility administration
- Build, maintain, and stress-test financial models supporting structured finance deal execution
- Work cross-functionally with development, construction, legal, and asset management teams to keep project execution on schedule
- Oversee financial performance reporting for the operating portfolio, partnering closely with the internal operations team to track results
Up to $250k base with bonus and equity.
