As part oftheCapital Marketsand Wealth Engineering organization, this leader willpartner closely with product, operations, architecture, commercial, and enterprise technology teams todefine the target-state architecture and modernization roadmap. Experience across Capital Markets and Wealth is preferred, including trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, custody, asset servicing, books and records, reconciliations, collateral, margin, regulatory reporting, client onboarding, advisor servicing, portfolio management, reporting, billing, compliance, data integration, and AI-enabled engagement. Lead enterprise-scale transformationby translatingstrategic prioritiesinto structured execution plans, disciplinedgovernance, and measurable outcomes. Develop, coach, and retain high-performing engineering teams and leadership depth thatreinforceaccountability, collaboration, quality, delivery excellence, and client focus. Application Development & Delivery Provide executive oversight forthe design, development, testing, and deployment ofportfolioapplications and platform capabilitiesacrosstradelifecycle, settlementandcustody,asset servicing, reconciliation,client onboarding, reporting,and related workflowdomains. Ensure deliveryorganizations consistentlyadhere to engineering best practices, coding standards, security requirements, quality expectations, andglobalmarket readinessrequirements. Drive predictable delivery throughclearly definedcommitments, consistent execution, quality outcomes, regulatory awareness, and financial discipline. Governance & Quality AdvanceSDLC, Agile, DevOps, governance, and operational readiness practices acrossportfolioteams. Define and institutionalizemetrics that make quality, platform performance, resiliency, delivery predictability, client satisfaction, leadership accountability, and production readiness visible and actionable. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory obligations, enterprise security frameworks, data protection standards, and operational risk expectations. Stakeholder Management Serve as aseniorclient-facing technology leader, articulatingthetarget-state strategy, modernization roadmap, migration path, platform readiness, and business value with clarity,credibility, and executive presence. Engageglobalclients, business units, product partners, commercial teams, and operations stakeholders toestablish alignment, support adoption, andconnectplatform capabilities to measurable client outcomes. Technical Leadership Provide architectural leadershipacrossportfolioplatformsspanningcloud-native, service-based, event-driven, API, data,andintegration capabilities. Establishreusable assets, prototypes, POCs, MVPs, shared services, and AI-ready capabilities that accelerate delivery, reduce duplication, and increase enterprise leverage. Enhancepost-tradeplatform capabilitiesacrosstrade lifecycle management, settlement exception handling, cash and securities movements, position and balance management, account servicing, client reporting, and operational controls. Embed non-functional requirements into solution design to ensure resiliency, scalability, performance, security, observability, operational readiness, and regulatory confidence. Qualifications Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience 15+ years of software engineering experience, preferablywithinfintech, capital markets, post trade, or regulated financial servicesenvironments. 10+ yearsof experiencemanaging engineering teams, leadership pipelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and enterprise delivery commitments. Demonstrated record ofleading large-scale platforms, modernization programs, and AI-enabled engineering practices that deliver measurable business impact. Experience withglobalcapital markets, post trade processing, clearing, settlement, custody, securities processing, or client-facing financial technology platforms.
