Role reports to the SVP, Southeast
Role Purpose
Lead delivery of the commercial plan across a multi-state geography, driving volume, share, and ROS through distributor and customer leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Own delivery of volume, share, and ROS targets
• Lead distributor performance and accountability
• Own senior customer relationships
• Translate strategy into regional execution plans

Experience
• 12-15+ years commercial experience in FMCG / beverage alcohol
• Proven leadership of multiple states or large regional P&L
• Extensive experience with distributor management and 3-tier systems
• Demonstrated success in key account or national customer leadership
• Strong track record of leading senior level teams
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ownership of regional P&L, trade investment, demand forecasting, ROI, and resource allocation decisions that drive volume, share, ROS, and profitable growth.
Background
• Strong exposure to both On and Off Premise channels
• Experience leading through organizational change / transformation
• Track record of building high-performing teams
Education
• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, or related)
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
