The VP, Revenue & Growth is a highly analytical and results-driven leader who will lead and scale our revenue engine across the sales and go-to-market organization. This leader will be responsible for building a high-impact, insights-driven RevOps function focused on pipeline visibility, sales team forecasting accuracy, sales performance analytics, and operational execution. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Analysis & BI, and Finance leadership to drive data-informed decision making, optimize processes, and enable scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all revenue from the programmatic marketplace (DSP, SSP, DMP) and customer success globally.
- Meet short-term and long-term revenue and profitability targets.
- Hire, train, develop and lead a high-performing sales team. Determine the ideal team and account structures, implement effective incentives plans, coach the teams on strategic selling, and maximize sales productivity.
- Develop and implement repeatable and scalable sales management processes that drive and support revenue outcomes, including pipeline and account planning and sales operations.
- Be very visible in the market with customers, including agency investment teams, agency programmatic teams and client-side marketers.
- Work with the sales team to close on large strategic partnerships, leveraging high-level relationships with agency investment teams and client direct relationships.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for global sales and sales expenses.
- Leverage the systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, internal BI) to ensure detailed and accurate visibility of current funnel metrics and accurate forecasting.
- Serve as a key representative for the Company in the market and industry events.
- Collaborate with the SVP T-Ads on strategy and GTM for each market, region and world.
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field (Required)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Related Field (Preferred)
- 10+ years in sales leadership experience within a media or ad-tech business, with experience leading teams and working with customers outside of the U.S., including Canada, APAC, EMEA and/or Latin America.
- Commitment to winning and track record of exceeding revenue and profitability goals and KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial with a track record of scaling businesses and growing revenue and profitability.
- Strong business planning skills, with a track record of accurate, forecasting and revenue predictability.
- Experience implementing scalable sales strategy, process, and infrastructure, including effective use of Salesforce.
- Metrics-driven and process-driven. Holds themselves and teams accountable to the numbers.
- Track record of recruiting, hiring and retaining top performing teams.
Skills
- Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics.
- Proficient in Salesforce and RevOps tools (e.g., Clari, Looker, Tableau, LeanData, HubSpot).
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills. Proven experience improving sales processes and delivering measurable impact.

Base Pay Range: $242,300 - $327,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 50%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
