Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 17.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 17.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This JobThe VP, Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking relationships while ensuring strong credit quality, risk management, and client retention. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, delivering deposit, treasury, lending, and other banking solutions that support client objectives and the Bank's growth strategy.
Responsibilities:- Manage and deepen commercial client relationships to drive retention and growth
- Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, credit quality, and risk metrics
- Conduct relationship reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities across lending, deposits, and treasury services
- Analyze financial information, monitor covenant compliance, and assist with credit underwriting and portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Treasury Management, and other business partners to deliver solutions and maintain compliance
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial banking, portfolio management, relationship management, or related financial services experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending, deposit products, treasury services, and credit fundamentals
- Excellent relationship management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices
