Target Range:$90,000.00/Yr. - $120,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This JobThe Vice President, Regulatory Technology (RegTech) leads the modernization of Compliance through AI, automation, advanced analytics, and technology-enabled solutions. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this role partners with Compliance, Technology, Data Analytics, and business leaders to enhance regulatory compliance, strengthen risk management, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth. The position is responsible for developing and executing the Compliance technology strategy, driving innovation, and implementing solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and regulatory oversight.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the Compliance RegTech strategy and roadmap
- Identify and implement AI, automation, workflow, and analytics solutions across Compliance functions
- Lead initiatives supporting regulatory change management, complaint management, fair lending, CRA, compliance testing, reporting, risk assessments, and policy management
- Design automated workflows and reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve monitoring capabilities
- Build executive dashboards and compliance reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and AI platforms
- Partner with Compliance and business leaders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Establish governance, controls, validation, and monitoring standards for AI and automated solutions
- Support regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance reviews related to technology initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing RegTech function while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, regulatory compliance, risk management, or related fields
- 5+ years leading regulatory technology, automation, digital transformation, or compliance technology initiatives
- Proven experience implementing AI, workflow automation, advanced analytics, and reporting solutions within regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of Compliance Management Systems (CMS), risk management frameworks, and banking regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting one or more of the following areas: Consumer Compliance, Fair Lending, CRA, UDAAP, HMDA, Mortgage Lending, Deposit Compliance, Complaint Management, Regulatory Change Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Compliance Monitoring & Testing
- Experience with compliance and reporting technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Power Automate, n8n, Salesforce, Archer, ServiceNow, GRC platforms, AI/LLM technologies, API integrations, and workflow orchestration tools
- Strong analytical, project management, change management, and executive communication skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions
