Serving as the strategic operational co-pilot to the SVP/GM of Professional Services, you will own the systems, process architecture, governance, predictive analytics, and resource modeling required to drive predictable, high-growth revenue, elite margins, and flawless customer outcomes.

This role serves as the operating backbone of the organization, transforming our strategic growth roadmap into measurable, high-velocity execution across delivery, resource engineering, and continuous operational excellence.

What you will do:

Business Operations & Strategy
  • Partner with PS leadership to define and execute aggressive annual and multi-year global business strategies.

  • Engineer core operational plans including revenue, margin targets, utilization modeling, and strategic global headcount scaling.

  • Architect executive-level business intelligence frameworks that provide real-time, actionable visibility into global performance.

  • Drive a culture of operational rigor, data-backed accountability, and standardized execution across all international regions.

  • Serve as the trusted strategic advisor to the SVP of Professional Services on all matters of business health and scale.

Delivery Governance
  • Design and deploy a modern, agile project and portfolio governance architecture.

  • Lead high-stakes operational reviews for global strategic customers and complex, high-risk transformation programs.

  • Build data-driven project health and early-warning escalation frameworks to protect outcomes.

  • Standardize high-impact delivery methodologies to ensure execution excellence at scale.

  • Partner with Delivery Directors to accelerate project velocity and maximize time-to-value for our clients.

Resource Management & Workforce Planning
  • Mastermind global capacity and demand modeling to support rapid enterprise scale.

  • Lead the global Resource Management Office (RMO) to optimize staffing velocity, billable utilization, and strategic talent allocation.

  • Engineer forward-looking workforce strategies that align with our high-growth trajectory.

  • Identify critical capability gaps and drive strategic talent initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition.

  • Aggressively improve consultant productivity and utilization performance worldwide.

Financial Performance
  • Drive predictable, high-accuracy revenue forecasting and backlog health.

  • Relentlessly optimize gross margin performance across all global practices and regions.

  • Identify and systematically eliminate revenue leakage through rigorous financial monitoring.

  • Lead budgeting, long-range planning, and complex financial modeling activities.

  • Develop advanced leading indicators to anticipate revenue trends and profitability shifts.

Systems, Tools & Automation
  • Define the global technology roadmap for Professional Services (PSA, ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms).

  • Spearhead high-impact business process transformation initiatives.

  • Drive total automation across forecasting, staffing, reporting, and project governance workflows.

  • Partner with IT and Finance to deliver seamless systems integration and data-quality excellence.

Executive Governance
  • Command Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to drive executive alignment.

  • Prepare high-fidelity reporting for executive leadership and board stakeholders.

  • Facilitate governance for our most strategic global accounts and digital transformation programs.

  • Synchronize cross-functional operational efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Support.

What we are looking for:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting Ops, or Business Operations within a high-growth tech or enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record supporting and scaling a $100M+ global Professional Services portfolio.

  • Deep expertise in complex software implementation, cloud deployment, and digital transformation lifecycles.
