As aProduct ManagerinCustomer Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform within the Chief Technology office,you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings andleadsthe end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, youare responsible foracting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.In this role, you will define the product vision, drive strategy, and oversee the delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly IAM solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Jobresponsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns,maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of authentication solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver product features
  • Ensure platform compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)
  • Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences, balancing usability with robust security
  • Monitor platform performance, adoption, and incident metrics; report KPIs to leadership
  • Coordinate response to authentication-related incidents and support customer service teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalentexpertisein product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, passwordless, and related protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern authentication technologies
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Familiarity with security standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
