This Client Marketing role is responsible for development and execution of strategic, journey-based campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Distribution colleagues aimed at retaining and deepening existing relationships through education of our products and services. End-to-end connectivity across the touchpoints we serve is critical, while optimizing both the work product (through KPI setting and close measurement) and work processes (automation and personalization). In order to achieve this, this leader will need to value collaboration, proactive solutioning and resourcefulness as there will be close partnership with teams across the organization including Brand/Creative, Digital Experience, and Product. This role will supervise a team of professional level employees and sets goals and objectives for team members to ensure the achievement of department results.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Leads development of Go-To-Market for retirement plan product and service efforts across B2B and B2C audiences within Retirement Solutions, with a primary focus on maximizing engagement across owned channels, closely partnering with Product and Product marketing teams
- Responsible for developing journeys and driving automation vs. single, manual campaigns, connecting audience insights and timing of engagement - journeys include development of process, strategic objectives/goals, channel strategy, prioritization, execution and measurement
- Leads development of audience web strategy tied to institutions primarily in the Higher Education and Healthcare markets, partnering closely with centers of excellence across Public Web and Secure Web to identify ways to drive deeper engagement and connection with TIAA
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organization and business partners to educate internally and showcase importance of key workstreams
- Helps in development of broader audience goals and ensures all project workstreams are measurable and connected to key performance indicators (KPIs) that tie back to audience goals
- Able to partner across the org to lead marketing tied to CEO initiatives, including weekly stand-ups, progress tracking, slide development and presentations to senior leadership team members
- Leads a team of 3 professional marketers, focusing on developing career paths and fostering teamwork across the functional areas of marketing and the broader business Preferred Skills (plus any notes TA took during Intake sessions)

Base Pay Range: $196,000/yr - $274,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
