Who We Want

Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of enterprise-wide talent, learning, organizational development, workforce expansion, and market expansion initiatives. Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership development, performance enablement, succession planning, stakeholder engagement, culture, corporate social responsibility, learning systems, required training, and stakeholder experience programs that support a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture. Partner with executive leadership, the extended HR team, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure talent strategies are aligned with business objectives and organizational values. Drive programs that improve capability, engagement, retention, and long-term workforce readiness.

  • Talent & Leadership Development: Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide development strategies for individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders. Consult with business leaders to assess development needs and ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the development and delivery of learning content across multiple modalities, including live facilitation, self-paced learning, and blended experiences. Ensure programs reflect current learning science, adult development principles, and business relevance.


  • Succession Planning & Talent Review: Own the enterprise talent review and succession planning processes. Guide senior leadership through identification of critical roles and development of succession pipelines. Monitor talent mobility, promotion readiness, and internal movement to ensure long-term organizational capability.


  • Culture & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to reinforce a strong, inclusive, and values-aligned culture. Lead the deployment of engagement surveys and other listening mechanisms. Interpret results and advise business leaders on action planning. Drive initiatives that promote leadership accountability for stakeholder experience and workplace culture.


  • Workforce Expansion & Market Expansion: Develop a cohesive workforce expansion and inclusion strategy aligned with the company's mission and values. Drive leaders to embrace inclusion as a core principle and function of their role. Coordinate internal and external partnerships to support community engagement, volunteerism, and social impact efforts. Track data to measure progress.


  • Stakeholder Experience: Oversee the design and execution of stakeholder experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recognition, and career progression. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve key stakeholder touchpoints and create moments that matter. Monitor stakeholder feedback and retention trends to inform experience-related programming.


  • Learning Systems & Compliance: Oversee the administration, content management, and optimization of the Learning Management System. Ensure required compliance training is delivered, tracked, and reported appropriately. Manage vendor relationships supporting learning and stakeholder development.


  • Measurement, Reporting & Change Management: Define and track key metrics related to talent development, leadership effectiveness, engagement, culture, and workforce expansion. Analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure program outcomes are clearly defined, measured, and tied to business objectives. Apply structured change management practices to support adoption of new talent programs and tools. Develop communication and enablement plans for stakeholders at all levels.


  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required.


  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred.A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, organizational development, or organizational strategy required.


  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing enterprise-wide programs required.


  • Experience with engagement, training, and inclusion programming required.


  • Experience overseeing culture, stakeholder experience, and strategy preferred.


  • Demonstrated expertise in talent strategy, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines required.


  • Strong leadership and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders, required.


  • Deep knowledge of performance management, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement practices required.


  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills required.


  • Experience managing learning platforms and related technologies preferred.


  • Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment required.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.


  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information required.

The total rewards expected for this role include:

  • Starting annual base salary between $126,250 - $170,000.
  • Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
