Overview

Are you a dynamic leader ready to take on a mission-critical role at the forefront of energy infrastructure manufacturing? Reporting directly to the SVP of Precision Fabrication, you will be the driving force behind our Enclosures, Tanks & Mechanical segment's growth. This is more than a management position-it's a chance to shape a powerful P&L, champion customer satisfaction, and lead a team to new heights of success.

You will have ultimate responsibility for all aspects of our manufacturing operations, from strategic supply chain management to flawless production execution. Your leadership will ensure operational objectives are aligned with our broader business strategy, driving profitability and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

Operations & P&L Management
  • Lead the Vision: Develop and implement strategies that not only meet but exceed our goals for production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Innovate with Impact: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to push the boundaries of productivity and cost management.
  • Executive-Level Collaboration: Partner with fellow executives to ensure operational strategies are seamlessly aligned with the company's overarching vision.
  • Financial Stewardship: Own plant profitability, asset performance, and business execution. Plan and administer robust operating and capital expense budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team. Set clear performance goals and ensure their success through effective training and mentorship.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive recurring business and new growth by cultivating and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with our customers.


Supply Chain & Materials Management
  • Materials Command: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, from production material planning and procurement to inventory control and distribution.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute a strategic sourcing program, including negotiating high-impact supplier contracts like VMI and EDI.
  • Flawless Execution: Implement and train employees on corporate methods for inventory forecasting and control, ensuring on-time delivery and mitigating risks.

Compliance & Quality
  • Uphold Standards: Ensure strict compliance with all industry regulations and safety protocols, including FAR, ITAR, CMMC, ISO9001, AS9100, AWS, ANSI etc.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Guarantee all operational input for pricing and proposals is accurate and aligns with both business and customer objectives.


Education and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Business is required. (MBA preferred)
  • Possess a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive managerial experience in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain role, with a strong preference for a background in Precision Metal Fabrication.
  • Demonstrated "hands-on" experience with MRP systems, New Product Introduction (NPI), and capacity planning.
  • Proven financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, and strategic planning experience.
  • Experience with project-level accounting is preferred.
  • A proven track record of strong business acumen, leadership, and exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range (annual) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
