The Mission:
Own the sales function from the ground up. That means strategy, recruiting, training, compensation plans, KPIs, sales process optimization-and most importantly, results.
What You'll Do:

  • Develop strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and expand market share
  • Set and monitor aggressive KPIs for team performance, conversion rates, and average ticket size
