CONTEXT: Our client-a fast-growing business with deep West Texas roots-is seeking a high-performing
Vice President of Sales & Growth to lead the next phase of its expansion. Now operating across Texas and New Mexico, they're looking for a proven sales executive who brings structure and vision.
This role is based in Lubbock and will report directly to executive leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and building high-performing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead all sales and growth functions across a multi-state territory with an eye toward national scalability.
- Indirectly manage a field operations and sales force including 140 Crew Chiefs and 200+ team members.
- Build and maintain a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture.
- Develop and implement strategy for expanding into new regions and verticals.
- Use scheduling software and performance tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Develop and track KPIs for sales performance, customer acquisition, and growth targets.
- Drive execution and accountability through a "lead by example" approach.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Coach and develop talent at all levels of the sales organization.
- Monitor territory performance and identify new opportunities for market expansion.
- Ensure processes support a high-volume, metrics-driven culture.

Compensation $100,000 - $150,000
