Qualifications - Extensive leadership background in 3PL, e-commerce parcel fulfillment, or regional freight transport operations. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred. - Hands-on proficiency utilizing modern CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and advanced transportation management software. - Demonstrated history of direct financial budget management, network capacity expansion, and workforce planning across multi-site operations. - Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process redesign frameworks.
