Full Job Description
Someone who has learned, in whatever arena taught it to them, that campaigns are won twice. First on the map, where you chart what people currently believe, who they trust, and which way the wind is already blowing. Then in the strokes: the one subject line, the one messenger, the one reply to one angry comment, each small enough to seem trivial and each load-bearing.

We do not care where you learned this. A school levy in a skeptical town. A category launch nobody wanted. A church capital campaign. A union vote. A brand that had lost a community's trust and won it back. What we care about is that you have moved real sentiment at least once, at any scale, on purpose, and you can show us the map you drew before you did it.

Someone who reduces everything to one sentence before approving anything. If the sentence cannot be repeated by a tired person to their spouse, the work is not ready, and you have killed beautiful creative for exactly that reason and slept fine.

Someone who measures. Opinions are hypotheses. Results are the verdict. You test the way a chemist titrates, and you have fired ideas you loved because the numbers said so.

Who this is not for

Channel specialists. Growth hackers. Anyone whose plan needs the word viral. Anyone who sneers at the audience. The consumer is not a moron, and the person who taught the world that line also taught us that work which does not sell is not creative.

And one hard floor: we persuade, we never deceive. No astroturf, no manufactured proof, no fear-farming vulnerable people. Persuasion built on lies collapses, and it is bad craft before it is bad ethics. If you have ever walked away from money over this, you will feel at
