About the RoleWe're looking for a
VP of Global Procurement to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you'll lead and scale our procurement organization - including our Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, Procurement Lead, and Business Procurement Partner - and serve as the senior executive owner of our strategic relationship with AMD and its OEM/ODM ecosystem, working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.
What You'll Do- Own the strategy and execution for sourcing AMD Instinct GPUs, servers, networking equipment, and related infrastructure, including allocation and roadmap negotiations directly with AMD

- Partner with data center and energy teams to source colocation capacity, power contracts, cooling infrastructure, and long-lead-time construction materials
- Build category management practices across silicon, servers/racks, networking, power/electrical, data center construction, software licensing, and logistics
- Lead negotiations on complex, high-dollar agreements and manage supply risk, single-source exposure, and export-control considerations
- Work closely with Finance, Data Center Operations, and Revenue/Sales teams to translate demand forecasts and capacity plans into procurement pipelines
- Drive total cost of ownership improvements across hardware refresh cycles, financing structures, and vendor consolidation
- Lead and develop our existing procurement team, clarify roles and ownership as scope grows, and recruit additional talent as needed
- Stand up procurement policies, approval workflows, supplier scorecards, and systems to bring rigor and auditability to a fast-scaling spend base
- Handle confidential vendor and pricing information with discretion and professionalism
Who You AreRequired Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in hyperscale/cloud infrastructure, data centers, or semiconductors
- Direct experience negotiating with AMD and/or its OEM/ODM ecosystem strongly preferred; broader GPU/silicon vendor experience also relevant
- Track record structuring and negotiating large, complex, multi-year supply agreements, including allocation commitments in constrained-supply environments
- Deep understanding of GPU/server hardware supply chains, product roadmaps, lead times, and the broader semiconductor ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills and comfort building cost models, TCO analyses, and supply/demand forecasts
- Excellent negotiation, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications- MBA or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or CPSD
- Experience with export control, trade compliance, and geopolitical supply-chain considerations related to semiconductors
- Experience sourcing colocation capacity, power, cooling infrastructure, electrical equipment, or data center construction
- Experience negotiating power purchase agreements (PPAs) or other long-term infrastructure commitments
- Existing senior-level relationships within AMD's Data Center GPU organization and/or major OEM/ODM partners
