Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or related field required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state
7-10+ years of progressive leadership in outpatient surgical or multi-site specialty care
Direct experience managing Ambulatory Surgery Center operations
Demonstrated success in clinical program development and strategic growth initiatives
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Deep understanding of outpatient care models and regulatory standards
Responsibilities
Lead clinical initiatives supporting organizational growth goals, including service line expansion
Collaborate with physicians to implement new clinical programs and pathways
Participate in strategic planning and market assessments
Provide oversight of ASC nursing operations to ensure quality care and compliance
Monitor surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction
Standardize clinical protocols across all practice locations
Champion patient experience initiatives and manage feedback processes
