- Builds relationships with partners, suppliers, distributors, and vendors.

- Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
• Leads sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship.
• Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships leading to increased lead generation and market share.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, especially operations, to ensure clients receive best-in-class service and long-term tenure.
- Tracks emerging markets and trends and utilizes tools to capitalize.
- Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture.
- Identifies and recommends new services.
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships and works to retain them.
- Helps to shape the company's long-term plans and objectives.
- Researches and identifies new markets.
- Provides advice on service development and promotion strategies.
- Identifies sponsorship opportunities, including nonprofit engagement.
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
- Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand profile.
- Negotiates partner contracts.
- Travels to prospect locations, conferences, meetings and interviews. Travel is 50-75% during January through September (Peak Season)
- Attends conferences and trade shows throughout the Northeast/US.
- Develops proposals for (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
This is a remote position with significant autonomy. The selected candidate will have responsibility for the Northeast territory to include MD, DE, PA, NJ, PA, NY, and VT. The base pay is robust at $85K to $140K (based on experience/capabilities assessment) complemented by an exceptional commission plan that can more than triple total compensation when meeting revenue growth goals. Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA a plus or other equivalent education, training, or work experience
- 3+ years' business development experience
