OverviewWe are seeking a VP, Cross-Channel Investment to serve as the senior investment leader for a large, multi-market client business. This role sits at the center of the investment ecosystem, bringing together channel expertise, audience insights, and business priorities to shape a unified investment strategy.
The VP will drive alignment across teams, guide critical investment decisions, and elevate the quality of investment thinking across the business. Success requires a leader who can turn complexity into clarity and translate strategy into measurable results.
Responsibilities- Investment Strategy & Leadership: Lead integrated investment strategy across U.S. and international markets, aligning channel recommendations to a unified business and media investment approach.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Serve as the senior cross-channel investment leader, connecting planning, activation, optimization, and measurement into a cohesive portfolio strategy.
- Investment Stewardship & Decision-Making: Guide cross-channel investment decisions, evaluating tradeoffs related to budgets, audiences, market priorities, performance, and emerging opportunities.
- Channel Team Partnership: Partner with channel specialists to strengthen the overall investment strategy while preserving channel ownership and subject-matter expertise.
- Client Leadership & Communication: Act as the primary investment advisor to clients, translating complexity into clear, actionable recommendations and decision-oriented narratives.
- Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish standards for investment quality, budget stewardship, audience alignment, and cross-market consistency, ensuring strategic rigor and executional readiness across all workstreams.
- Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Lead resolution of cross-channel and cross-market challenges, mitigating risks and driving alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Capability Development: Foster a culture of strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement through influence, coaching, and shared accountability.
- Innovation & Marketplace Expertise: Champion testing, learning agendas, and emerging media opportunities by translating marketplace trends into actionable investment strategies and future growth opportunities.
Qualifications- 12+ years of progressive agency-side media investment experience across digital and traditional channels.
- 5+ years of senior team leadership experience, including guiding experienced specialists through influence and establishing accountability across matrixed teams.
- Experience working across U.S. and international media plans, with the ability to balance enterprise consistency and local-market requirements.
- Strong cross-channel fluency and the judgment to integrate specialists without needing to be the deepest practitioner in every channel.
- Demonstrated experience stewarding significant media investments, managing cross-market complexity, and guiding decisions with clear business rationale.
- Exceptional senior-client leadership, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Working knowledge of media systems, buying methods, contract operations, governance, and the upstream and downstream impacts of investment decisions.
- Strong commercial judgment, curiosity, organization, accountability, and composure in a fast-moving environment with multiple markets and stakeholders.

Compensation Range: USD $149,340.00 - USD $204,400.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
