Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Strategic Planning & Enterprise IT Strategy: Drive long-term road mapping, innovation, and the alignment of technology initiatives to establish the department's corporate direction, priorities, and broad business objectives. Partner directly with the C-suite and senior executive team to translate complex technical milestones into high-level business drivers, ensuring IT strategies proactively support overarching company performance and long-term board requirements.
- Global Systems Architecture & Long-Term Capacity: Determine and evaluate the organization's long-term system requirements, managing the overarching strategy for Business Systems, infrastructure hardware, software applications, network capacities, and critical third-party support agreements. Formulate and scale global IT architecture with a deep operational understanding of international compliance, cross-border business requirements, and global regulations affecting the enterprise as a whole.
- IT Operations & Departmental Management: Oversee daily operations and the administration of the information systems ecosystem, ensuring that all computing infrastructure, corporate hardware, and software platforms operate at peak efficiency across all international sites including the UK, Italy, and France.
- Operational Policy, Governance & Compliance: Establish, approve, and enforce corporate IT operating policies, compliance roadmaps, and IT governance strategies to guarantee that technology assets comply with internal standards and external regulatory metrics.
