About the OpportunityState Street is seeking an experienced IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) Integration Lead to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, with a primary focus on SailPoint application onboarding, integration and control enablement. This role will play a critical part in integrating and onboarding applications and entitlement feeds into SailPoint, including applications being modernized through the firm's strategic Technology Modernization Program.
The successful candidate will partner closely with application owners, development teams, and IAM stakeholders to design, implement, and manage entitlement integrations that support access governance, automated provisioning and deprovisioning, and regulatory compliance requirements. Integration methods may include Active Directory groups, database feeds, flat files, and RESTful/Web API-based integrations.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, IAM domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As an IAM Integration Lead, you will:
- Drive continuous improvement through development, custom workflows, and platform capabilities. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the identity infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business units and accelerate application onboarding to central IGA platform leveraging automation technologies.
- Partner with application owners and technical teams to understand application access models, entitlement structures, and provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
- Assess and recommend the most effective integration approach for onboarding applications and entitlement data into SailPoint.
- Guide application teams through SailPoint onboarding standards, requirements, and best practices.
- Configure, test, and onboard applications into SailPoint across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from development through production deployment.
- Support the integration of entitlement feeds using various methods, including Active Directory groups, flat files, databases, and Web/API-based interfaces.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning capabilities where applicable.
- Ensure appropriate IAM controls, governance requirements, and compliance standards are incorporated into application onboarding activities.
- Provide application teams with guidance on post-onboarding operational controls, certification processes, and access management requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and assist with issue resolution during onboarding and deployment.
- Track and manage onboarding activities using JIRA and maintain accurate project documentation in Confluence and/or SharePoint.
- Produce status reports, metrics, and executive updates on onboarding progress, risks, issues, and milestones.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SailPoint onboarding processes, integrations, and IAM best practices.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and utilizing JIRA for project and workflow management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to create and deliver management reporting and project status updates.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in SailPoint application integration, onboarding, or administration.
- 3–5 years of experience within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with SailPoint or comparable IGA solutions.
- Experience working with APIs, identity data feeds, access provisioning, and entitlement management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience using JIRA or comparable Agile project management and ticketing platforms.
- 1–2 years of experience utilizing Confluence and/or SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD/Entra ID, and enterprise authentication technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale IAM transformation or technology modernization initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint IdentityNow certification, CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are a plus.

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
