Full Job Description
The Job

Direct the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources (HR) function, structuring and integrating shared services, human capital intelligence, people relations, and HR technology to optimize service delivery to the organization.

You Will

Determine, deploy and refine the functional organization and delivery strategy needed to provide efficient, effective, and compliant Human Resources services across the company.
Design, develop, and implement new Human Resources services that anticipate and support the needs of Human Resources' customers, both internal and external to the company.
Manage the planning and execution of human resources projects to find solutions to talent problems and create and upgrade resources, practices and policies used by Human Resources and the workforce.
Develop and implement business-focused Human Resources metrics to support strategic decision making. Deliver reliable workforce data with corresponding workforce reporting and analytics to enhance the company's strategic capabilities.
Develop and implement a Human Resources technology strategy to support long-term business objectives. Oversee the automation of Human Resources activities to drive efficiency in service delivery and improve end-user experience.
Direct people relations services that promote healthy work relationships, foster fair and equitable treatment for all company stakeholders, and ensure a regulatory compliant work environment.
Lead the development and tracking of the overall HR budget. Review and analyze Human Resources expenditures and adjust budget plans to align with business/project changes.
Manage outsourced Human Resources services vetting vendors and holding them accountable to service delivery commitments.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
10+ years of business experience with exposure to multiple functional areas within an organization, e.g. Finance, Operations, Purchasing, etc.

5+ years of the experience in a Human Resources leadership role.

Work experience with a health plan or other major healthcare system is desirable.

Strong management skills with the ability to organize and lead staff in the delivery of HR services.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including people relations, talent management and total rewards.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and forecast issues.
Strong knowledge of Federal and California employment laws is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain confidential information.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
