Salary range: An annual salary range of $120,000 - $125,000 plus eligible for performance-based bonus is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You'll Do: CCF's Loan and Lease assets currently total approximately $1.4 billion. The Financial Operations team plays a critical role in managing the servicing, accounting, and operational integrity of our commercial loan and lease portfolio while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile daily journal entries to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the general ledger.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation between bank accounts, the servicing system, and the general ledger, researching and resolving variances timely.
- Prepare customer payoff quotes, process early payoffs, and ensure accurate accounting for loan and lease terminations.
- Develop and manage a standardized process for end-of-term activities on true lease transactions, including lease returns, renewals, purchases, and contract dispositions.
- Coordinate and track equipment inventory related to lease returns, off-lease assets, and repossessions, working to maximize recovery value and minimize losses.
- Analyze lease contract provisions and end-of-term options to recommend the most beneficial outcome (renewal, purchase, or return) for the portfolio.
- Assist with Tax Lease pricing and structuring using SuperTRUMP, including performing IRS lease classification testing and validating ASC 842 compliance.
- Book new loan and lease transactions into the servicing system, ensuring accurate pricing, depreciation, residual values, accounting treatment, and contract setup.
- Prepare account analyses, reconciliations, and operational reporting to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Assist with financial reporting, portfolio analytics, and management reporting for executive leadership.
- Support internal and external audits related to Accounting, including audits with the bank, by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to audit inquiries.
- Serve as a backup administrator for the core lease and loan servicing platform, assisting with system testing, upgrades, issue resolution, and user support.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, automate manual tasks, and strengthen internal controls.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and servicing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries related to account balances, amortization schedules, payoff requests, and lease end-of-term options.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, enhance reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, and technology initiatives that strengthen scalability, automation, and data integrity.

What Do You Need?- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in financial operations, equipment finance, commercial lending, leasing, banking, or a related financial services environment.
- Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entry and cash reconciliations, lease/loan portfolio administration, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Technology Skills:- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis.

- Experience with loan or lease servicing platforms; Aspire experience is a plus.
- Experience with SuperTRUMP or similar lease/loan pricing and accounting software, including ASC 842 and IRS lease classification testing, is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial reporting tools.
- Experience using or willingness to learn AI-powered productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar technologies) to improve efficiency, reporting, research, and workflow automation.
- Strong aptitude for learning new software applications and adapting to evolving technology platforms.
