• Own the monthly and quarterly executive/board reporting package: consolidated financials, KPI dashboards, and cross-business-line variance analysis
• Build board- and investment-committee-level materials communicating performance, risk, and strategic priorities
• Serve as the executive point of contact for ad hoc PE stakeholder requests, ensuring rapid, accurate turnaround under time pressure
KPI Structure and Management
• Develop and maintain the structure and standards for KPI reporting at both the corporate and entity levels, defining the metrics used to track consolidated platform and business line performance
• Maintain and evolve the KPI reporting framework as new entities are acquired and integrated onto the platform

Executive & Business Partnership
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and entity / practice leaders on pricing, resource planning, and segment-level profitability
• Represent finance in executive leadership discussions on growth strategy, M&A scenario analysis and pipeline prioritization, and platform integration
• Influence enterprise decision-making by translating financial analysis into actionable strategic options for leadership
Organizational Leadership
• Build and lead the FP&A function as the platform scales through acquisition, including building and managing a team as necessary
• Establish scalable FP&A processes, systems, and governance to support a growing, multi-entity platform
• Manage deliverable timelines and quality standards across the FP&A team enterprise-wide
