Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced VP, Enterprise Finance and Accounting to join us in a full-time capacity.

Role Overview:

Serve as a financial advisor to the CFO and the executive team. Support the financial activities of the organization to maximize the company's profits and plans for growth. Responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and other key stakeholders, as well ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Oversee all sides of accounting operations including cash management and planning, payables, receivables, payroll and tax coordination. Ensure the Company has adequate policies and internal controls. Manage all AR and AP cycles with vendors and customers to maximize cash flow. Implementation of new accounting standards, technology and process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar; CPA or MBA preferred.

Experience: Overall industry knowledge, 15-20+ years' experience. 5+ years' experience in telecommunications/fiber infrastructure industry product and expense structure knowledge, finance leadership experience, experience leading teams in multiple financial disciplines.

Key Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical, deadline oriented, attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, strong business acumen.

Salary Range: $181,125.00 - $226,485
