Position Responsibilities• Define and lead the enterprise applications vision, strategy, governance model, and multi-year roadmap in alignment with Integrity's business priorities, growth strategy, operating model, and digital transformation objectives.
• Own the enterprise applications portfolio with executive accountability for prioritization, investment planning, performance, risk, scalability, and value realization across core business platforms.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating enterprise business needs into scalable application capabilities, technology-enabled process improvements, and operating model decisions.
• Lead the strategy, architecture alignment, implementation, enhancement, integration, support, upgrade, and retirement of enterprise applications across functions such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, workflow, and related platforms.
• Establish enterprise-wide governance, standards, controls, decision frameworks, and performance measures for application lifecycle management, release management, access, documentation, and change adoption.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and enterprise integration strategies that improve process efficiency, reporting, user experience, automation, and the consistency and quality of business data.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, risk, legal, finance, and compliance leaders to ensure enterprise applications meet security, regulatory, audit, resiliency, and business continuity requirements.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of leaders and technical professionals, including succession planning, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Own strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, licensing strategy, service levels, partner performance, and external partnerships to optimize value, innovation, and enterprise leverage.
• Develop and manage budgets, resource strategies, business cases, investment recommendations, and portfolio metrics to support executive decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
• Champion innovation, disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and change leadership across the enterprise applications function while fostering trusted partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.

Position Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience leading enterprise applications, business systems, technology strategy, or related enterprise technology functions.
- Minimum of 8 years of senior leadership experience managing leaders, high-performing technical teams, large-scale enterprise application portfolios, and complex transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success defining enterprise application strategy, operating models, governance structures, investment priorities, and long-range roadmaps in complex, growth-oriented organizations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, workflow, data, integration, and related business systems, including dependencies across enterprise ecosystems.
- Proven success leading complex implementations, integrations, upgrades, modernization efforts, optimization initiatives, and enterprise change management across multiple business functions.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, portfolio governance, controls, reporting, vendor management, budgeting, service delivery management, and executive-level performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, balance competing enterprise priorities, navigate organizational complexity, and drive cross-functional decisions and outcomes.
- Experience leading through growth, change, acquisition integration, and organizational complexity in regulated, high-growth, or multi-entity environments preferred.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making judgment with a track record of translating strategy into measurable business results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across executive, board-level, technical, and non-technical audiences.
