The Customer Delivery leader will be accountable for end-to-end customer and developer implementation experience, ensuring new retailers, providers, FinTech and 3rd party payment integrators can onboard, integrate, certify and launch successfully to the S3 Payments Network.
This leader will partner across Growth, Account Management, Product, Engineering Operations to continuously improve the implementation journey, remove technical and operational friction and translate delivery insights into scalable improvements to the Payments Network. This includes managing resources, providing executive level readout and defining the overall strategy for the implementation team.
This role will need to be able to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels of the organization. Communications include communication to internal and external stakeholders, as well as executive leadership. The Customer Delivery leader should be a self-starter with a strategic mindset and show an ability to problem-solve underlying payment issues.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Drive planning, organizing, and executing large scale retailer and provider implementation projects
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end customer and developer experience across onboarding, certification, launch activities
- Identify recurring customer and developer pain points and champion with Product and Engineering teams to improve APIs, tools, documentations and platform capabilities
- Coordinating with other leaders from growth, account management, product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams to drive overall network strategy
- Provide payment expertise in support of future strategy and initiatives
- Identify risks and escalate issues to executive leadership
- Drive process efficiencies across the implementation and certifications of merchants, providers and 3rd parties' payment provides

Required Qualifications:- 15+ years payments experience spanning customer implementations, product, technology / engineering and/or business operations
- 15+ years driving large merchant, FinTech merchant implementations
- 10+ years of experience leading complex customer implementations involving APIs, payment platforms, gateways, processors and other technical implementations
- 10+ years of experience bridging customer needs product requirements, technical delivery to resolve implementation challenges and improve customer experience
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling customer implementation or delivery operating models across multiple strategic customers and partners
- 5+ years communicating at the executive level
- 5+ years managing strategic partnerships in FinTech
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in software engineering, technical product management, solution architecture, or other hands-on technical delivery
- Comprehensive knowledge of the retail payment ecosystem, including APIs, P2PE, gateways, and processors
- Extensive knowledge of using AI to drive efficiencies
- Demonstrated solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write error-free, professional proposals and executive summaries for executive leadership management
- Demonstrated solid presentation and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships

The salary for this role will range from $159,300 - $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
