SALARYThis position has a base salary range of $184,000 - 276,000 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
SummaryResponsible for the strategy, growth, and performance of BCU's Company Partner portfolio, including employer and healthcare system partnerships. This leader owns relationship health and measurable growth outcomes, with clear accountability for expanding BCU's member base and achieving double-digit asset and member growth by 2030.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, this role shapes and executes BCU's growth strategy and champions BCU as the financial well-being benefit partner for America's best companies.
Role and Responsibilities- Own end-to-end performance of the Company Partner channel across growth, engagement, and profitability.
- Build and deepen relationships with Company Partner executives, including C-suite.
- Drive aggressive member and asset growth through expansion, new pipeline, and engagement.
- Lead disciplined funnel management with clear expectations for pipeline health and conversion.
- Establish and execute partner growth plans with defined targets.
- Leverage Salesforce B2B and B2C to manage relationships and performance.
- Partner across the organization to deliver a coordinated member experience.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong sales accountability.
- Identify and evaluate new partner opportunities.
- Represent BCU externally to expand influence.
- Clear accountability for delivering annual member and asset growth targets, with regular performance reporting and course correction as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of related business experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead across the organization through others.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated track record of values-based leadership supporting BCU culture.
- Strong financial services business acumen with in-depth knowledge of strategy, sales, and marketing.
- Experience leading teams to breakthrough growth.
- Expertise in managing complex partnerships and pipeline development.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
