JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President of Community Based Programs leadership within the integrated division, vision and oversight of Children Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS), School based programs, OnTrack and PROS. The VP ensures quality, integrated, person-centered care that meets regulatory requirements, maximizes funding opportunities, revenue and addresses community needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: List all essential job duties.   • Manage day-to-day operation of diverse portfolio consisting of CFTSS, PROS, OnTrack and School Based programs.
  • Ensure delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
  • Monitor compliance with OASAS, OMH, DOH, other regulatory standards.
  • Implements and monitors systems related to clinical, operational, and billing compliance according to regulations.
  • Monitor clinical quality assurance, performance improvement, and risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with SVP and Finance Department to create operational and financial strategic plans and manage within budgets.
  • Identify new funding, policy and partnership opportunities through outreaches efforts.
  • Help create targets for census and implements, monitors marketing, and outreach plan to achieve goals.
  • Ensure program goals, deliverables, and outcome are met within contractual timelines.
  • Provides operational oversight and support of all programs. Continually assesses, monitors, and improves policies, procedures, and systems as needed.
  • Participates in agency committees as appropriate.
  • Participates in external committees and conferences as required. Ensures ongoing understanding of all policies, procedures, and regulatory changes and positively represents ICL to external stakeholders.
  • Reviews client charts and ensure Medicaid/Medicare regulations are met.
  • Conduct site visits as needed, participation in the community.
  • Provides clinical treatment when needed for programs.
  • Supervise interns

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Must be flexible to meet the needs of the program.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
