VP, Business Development - Revenue Generation

Role Summary

The Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the expansion of VXI Global Solutions' new client base and the deepening of strategic partnerships with existing accounts. This executive will identify, pursue, and close opportunities across Sales and Revenue Generation Services, positioning VXI as a strategic growth partner to leading global enterprises.

This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic sales execution, relationship management, and market development, with a mandate to achieve growth targets across both new logo acquisition and client expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on expanding VXI's footprint in key industries such as Technology, Communications, Media, Financial Services, Retail, Travel, and Healthcare.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client executives to understand business challenges and position VXI's revenue generation and CX solutions as value drivers.
  • Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from lead generation and proposal development through contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, solutioning, and marketing teams to craft compelling, tailored proposals.
  • Drive new logo acquisition to meet aggressive annual revenue targets.
  • Partner with existing client stakeholders to identify white space opportunities, upsell services, and expand wallet share.
  • Introduce new service offerings (e.g., digital CX, sales enablement, omnichannel support, and automation-driven engagement).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities and inform GTM strategy.
  • Represent VXI at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to elevate brand visibility.
  • Provide market feedback to the executive team to refine solution offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Partner with internal delivery and solutions leaders to ensure commercial success and seamless handover from sales to operations.
  • Mentor and collaborate with regional business development and account management teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Drive a performance culture focused on accountability, pipeline discipline, and measurable outcomes.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 15+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles within the BPO, CX, Revenue Generation, or Technology Services industry.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts in high-value, complex outsourcing environments.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement, lead generation, inside sales, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM utilization (e.g., Salesforce).
