Through coaching, establishment of best practices and metrics, lead Business Development staff to successfully grow our distribution and premium. As a thought-leader in the company, define & develop strategy for growth.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Business, Underwriting or related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years in the insurance industry preferably in property casualty underwriting and business development roles
- 5+ years in agency/broker management
- Successful supervisory experience in Sales Leadership
