Full Job Description
We are seeking a Producer focused on broker distribution to expand access to our captive and alternative risk programs through independent insurance brokers and agency partners.

This role is designed for an individual who can build relationships, influence external producers, and drive adoption of sophisticated risk solutions.

What You'll Do

Broker Distribution & Relationship Development
  • Develop and manage relationships with independent insurance brokers and agency partners within targeted verticals
  • Position BevCap as a specialty partner and resource for complex risk and captive solutions
  • Educate brokers on program structure, underwriting approach, and ideal client profiles
  • Build a network of consistent referral and production partners


Program Growth & Strategy
  • Drive adoption and growth ofBevCap'scaptive and alternative risk programs
  • Identifyand qualify opportunities sourced through broker partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams toevaluate, structure, and place riskswithin programs
  • Provide strategic input to enhanceprogram design, market positioning, and scalability


Sales Process Leadership
  • Support broker partners through thefull deal lifecycle, including:
  • Opportunity qualification
  • Data gathering and underwriting strategy
  • Program design and proposal development
  • Final presentation and close
  • Serve as thesubject matter resourceon complex placements and alternative risk strategies


Market Development
  • Execute targeted outreach strategies toexpand broker penetration in defined verticals
  • RepresentBevCapatindustry events, trade associations, and broker meetings
  • ReinforceBevCap'sbrand as aleader in niche,best practice-driven insurance solutions


Internal Collaboration
  • Partner with account managers, consultants, and leadership to ensuresuccessful program execution and partner satisfaction
  • Maintain visibility into deal pipeline and activity through CRM tools

Qualifications
  • 3-7+ yearsof experience in P&C insurance, ideally in:
