Role Summary:Are you an experienced product leader with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions in the banking industry? As the
VP, Banking Products at TBK Bank, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of banking products that generate value and enhance the customer experience. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide product strategies from concept to launch, and ensure our banking products meet financial, adoption, and compliance goals.
Day in the Life:In your day-to-day, you'll be at the helm of product strategy, ensuring that product initiatives are executed with precision and measurable impact. You'll work closely with teams across marketing, distribution, risk, and technology to ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and meet our customer needs. From driving innovation through data-driven decisions to managing the P&L for your products, your leadership will help shape the future of TBK Bank's product offerings.
What You'll Be Doing:- Translate strategic product goals into clear execution plans with defined milestones and accountability.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance.
- Lead the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal scope creep.
- Drive the financial success of products by managing P&L, pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure product readiness, training, and market go-to-market plans.
- Partner with Technology and Vendors to define product requirements and support agile delivery.
- Champion customer insights to drive innovation and enhance product features.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with Risk and Compliance to ensure regulatory standards and internal controls are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and product success.
What Makes You a Great Fit:- 8+ years of experience in banking product management or a related domain area.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience leading a team of Product Managers.
- Proven experience in banking or financial services product leadership.
- Strong understanding of banking products, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- In-depth knowledge of the product development life cycle and data analytics.
- Prior experience in a complex, matrixed organization and collaborating with technology partners.
